Small Groups at NPC
This Spring Northminster is launching its Small Group Ministry. Below is a list of small groups that are starting up soon. There is still room to join!

Knitting For Mission
Group members are knitting squares or strips to be put together in an afghan for those in need in Evanston. This group meets as needed to put together the afghan.
Book studies:

The Geography of God by Michael Lindvall
- This will be a 9-session small group with reading assignments and questions to reflect upon before each meeting. It will begin Late Spring.

The Jefferson Bible
- We will discuss The Jefferson Bible, The Life and Morals of Jesus, which Thomas Jefferson cut and pasted as he saw fit. From the time of President Teddy Roosevelt until the 1960s, every new member of the U.S. Congress was given a copy.
We will meet for six evenings (dates to be determined by group) to discuss such questions as why Jefferson included what he did, what the inclusions may have meant to him and mean to us, what he omitted and rearranged, the effect of this, what we might overlook and why. -

One Couple, Two Faiths
“Faith in Action” mission group
A group for people who currently volunteer their time and talent in mission endeavors, and for people interested in exploring the possibility of volunteering in the future. The group will begin meeting in May 2009.
